Our Story
Sobczak Exteriors has roots going back to 1992, when it was founded as Sobczak Roofing. Second-generation owner Dylan Sobczak grew up in the trade — spending weekends and summers working alongside his father Jan, starting on the clean-up crew and working his way through every role on the job site.
In 2017, Dylan relocated to Missouri with his wife Emi, and continued sharpening his expertise with one of the largest roofing companies in the state. In 2026, he took everything he'd learned and brought it home — rebranding and modernizing the family business into Sobczak Exteriors.
Based in Ballwin, MO, Sobczak Exteriors carries on a family tradition of honest work and quality craftsmanship. When you call Dylan, you're calling someone who has dedicated his entire life to this trade — and it shows in every project.
